ScientistWellstat Biologics Corporation, a developmental-stage pharmaceutical company located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, is currently seeking a Scientist to join our Analytical R & D team. The Scientist will assist in the development of new, complex biological products. The candidate should have experience with ion exchange, SEC and reverse phase HPLC of proteins or virus. Experience in performing capillary electrophoresis, intrinsic tryptophan protein fluorescence and far-UV CD spectroscopy would be a plus. The candidate should possess a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or a related field with 2 or more years experience or an M.S. in chemistry or a related field and 5 or more years experience. Excellent interpersonal communications skills and the ability to work in a team environment is a MUST.
