| Organic Chemist 12-WD-11 Job Description: Wellstat Diagnostics, located in Gaithersburg, MD, has an opening for an Organic Chemist to join our Reagent Manufacturing team. The Organic Chemist will assist in the development and manufacturing of compounds used for assays. The incumbant is also needed to support specialized projects, analytical test method development for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, as well as other duties as necessary. Qualifications: Candidates must possess, at minimum, a B.S. in Chemistry with 3 or more years of experience in synthetic organic chemistry. NMR, HPLC, LC/MS, UV-Vis, and IR experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal communications skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
